OK so the scales show the fact hat i have slipped a 1.3 kg jump in the past 2 days. I have been more disciplined today and hope the scales will be kind.
I had a rest day yesterday and today's times showed it I got a PB for 5 K only 2:34 left. The speed drop was gradual today which I am happy with. Additionally I managed to get some running in up the hill which greatly improved the time.
Looking forwards, Xmas is going to rough on the waistline and the BG levels, last year I managed by testing every hour on the hour, I think this year I will do something similar as it did work, it is just the waistline impact that I have to worry about.
